ABOUT SECOND MARK
Second Mark is a vintage and reworked apparel brand operated by FXRY. Every piece is one-of-one. Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit. All sales are final after 14 days.

USE OF THE SITE
You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

PRODUCTS
All products are vintage or reworked. Variations in color, texture, wear, patina, and measurements are inherent to vintage goods and are not considered defects. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
