Refund policy

All Second Mark pieces are one-of-one vintage. We don't accept returns.

If something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you on an exchange for store credit. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Exchanges are limited to one per order.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us immediately at studio@shopsecondmark.com so we can make it right.

Condition
Each piece is one-of-one vintage. Wear and natural patina are part of its history. Not flaws.

Final sale
All discounted items are final sale. No exchanges.
